11 bulls were transported to Central Queensland to feature in Triple B Brangus Inaugural Bull sale on Wednseday 2nd October. It was another solid sale for Texas topping at $14,000 and averaging $4,318 for the day. Texas 458N G562 (AI)(ET) weighing a hefty 980kgs was snapped up by the Barlow family. Most bulls were sold locally and others sold to pastoral stations further north.
Triple B Brangus had an excellent sale with a 89 percent clearance and selling to a top of $21,000 and averaging $4,139. The top priced bull Triple B G112 (AI) was sold to astute cattle breeders David and Prue Bonfield, Palgrove QLD.
